Important for Account Registration and Opening
To complete your registration, have these two documents ready:
1. Identity document
Accepted: A valid passport, national identity card, or driver’s license.
Requirements: JPG or PDF format (both sides if applicable), clear and without password protection.
2. Proof of address document
During registration, you will be asked to enter your residential address. It is important that you enter the exact same address as it appears on your proof of address document, letter by letter, without any modifications. If it does not match, verification will be rejected, and you will need to upload a valid document, which will delay the process.
Accepted:
•Utility bill (water, electricity, gas, landline + internet).
•Bank statement or credit card statement (issued within the last 3 months).
•Mobile phone bills are not accepted.
Requirements:
•Must be in your full legal name and display the exact same address that you will enter in the registration, with no differences.
•JPG or PDF format (both sides if applicable), clear and without password protection.
If the document is unclear, password-protected, or the address does not match exactly, letter by letter, your application will be rejected, and you will have to upload a valid document, which will make the process take longer.
